Solo practice, one practitioner, 4 employees $40 K annually with bonuses up to 5000/year.

I would say the average national salary for a practice manager is around $97,000 per year, not including benefits.
I should actually clarify we will accept any answer within 5% as accurate!

Tough question!! I think it depends greatly on location and not just size and scope of the practice but the Employer demographic also. I love the national average of 97k!! I am lucky to be a part of a growing practice – and you have just inspired new goals!
Solo – two physician practice $45,000.00 yearly with $5,000-$8,000.00 bonus, plus benefits. Multi-physician practice $80,000 yearly plus $10,000.00 bonus and benefits.
Suburban area, $36,000 to $40,000

I think the average is 58,000.00 for a 1-4 dr clinic
Between 75 and 92K plus benefits
$75K for multi-specialty practice, with bonus up to $15K
